Stay Apartment Suites
Sutileza Group and Rycon Construction are pleased to announce their partnership in the building of the long-term apartment-style hotel, Stay Apartment Suites. The building will feature 88 units, with a total of 56,000 sq. ft. of luxurious living space. The three-story building will be equipped with a full-size kitchen, complete with full-size appliances, a bathroom, a dedicated living room, and a separate bedroom with options of one king or two queen beds. Architectural high-end woodwork will include granite countertops in the kitchens, bathrooms, and public spaces. A centralized open-air courtyard was designed to feature stamped concrete, synthetic turf, landscaping, and a built-in grill area. Additional amenities will be located on the first floor, including laundry facilities, a fitness center, and a lounge.
Construction on the long-term stay hotel is underway in Lafayette, Louisiana, and is scheduled to open for business in Fall 2024.
